The organisation of ECMI
The Council
The Council is the main governing body of ECMI. It consists of one or two elected members from each participating country, each with a four-year term of office. To assure renewal and continuity, elections are held every two years and at most one member is renewed from each country.
The Council meets one or two times a year. The minutes are circulated to its members, the Chairmen of ECMI Committees and to the Editor of the Newsletter.
The Board
The Council elects from its members a Board taking care of matters on a daily basis. Members of the Board are:

The Educational Committee
The council sets up an Educational Committee to take care of the postgraduate programme.
